I John Moring of the county of Anderson and State of Kentucky do makeand publish this my last will and testament in words and figuresfollowing (to wit-) 1st After the payment of all my just debts, it is mywill that my wife Nancy Moring shall have all my property of every kindexcept herinafter named, for and during her life, to be used for hersupport and without waste. 2nd Upon the death of my wife, and as soonthereafter as may be convenient, it is my will that my land be dividedinto two equal lots and in such manner as to have timber and improvedland to each lot, and the lots then separately sold to the highest biddertogether with all my personal property of every kind, upon such terms asmy executors herein after named shall think best. 3rd It is my will thatafter my real and personal shall be sold by my executors as beforedirected, that the proceeds of the same be equally divided between mythree children Elizabeth Carlton, Thomas and John B. Moring, except thatout of my daughter's share one hundred and forty five dollars shall betaken and added to the share of my son Thomas. She having alreadyreceived out of my estate that much more than my said son. And exceptfurther, that out of my said daughter's share shall be taken a sum equalto the value of two acres of land and added equally to the shares of mytwo sons. 4th It is my will that my son John B.
