After my decease I desire all my personal estate to be sold and out ofthe money arising from said sale my just debts and funeral espenses paid. After my just debts and funeral expenses is paid I give to my belovedwife, Nancy Rodgers, one thousand dollars. I desire that the money given to my beloved wife be placed in the handsof Henry Rodgers to be issued to my beloved wife as she may need it, thesaid Rodgers giving bond and security for the same. After my decease and when my children , Mahala Ann Tracy, WilliamRodgers, John Rodgers, Sarah Frances Allison, Henry Rodgers, DanielRodgers, Nancy Shackelford, and the children of Jeptha Rodgers, deceased,the children of Eliza Jane Pace, Dec'd and the children of JeffrieRodgers, Dec'd, or a majority shall desire to sell my land.
