Know all men by these presents that I. Louis W. Shackelford do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament revoking all others.
First: I desire all of my just debts and funeral expenses paid as soon as practible after my death.
Second: I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Rosa Ann Shackelford all of my property both personal real and mixed that I may possess at the time of my death absolutely free to dispose of as she may desire.
Third: I name and appoint my said wife Rosa Ann Shackelford executrix of this my last Will and Testament and desire that she be permitted to qualify as such with out executing bond.
