The document said Lelia Nora and believe I've found atleast one census when she was still a girl that listed her correct name.A year or so ago my cousin ran across some of Grandma's 'things' andthere was an old time Christmas gift card from one of her sisters thatsaid 'To: Lelia'. Unfortunately, before I had found this out, hergrave and that of my grandfather's were not marked until a few years agoand I placed markers -- hers reads 'Lenora'.

Mrs. Boland was born in Kentucky January 19, 1875. She came to Texas 10 years ago.

Just a note to see if you are still out there somewhere. I'm still searching on the father of Jacob Riddle. I'll let you know what I found lately. On the 1880 census Jacob says his father was born in New Jersey. I went back to the 1850 census and the only Riddle in the state was a William Riddle age 76 , wife Elizabeth age 78 and a Catherine Porter age 75 in Nicholas Co. Then I found were William Riddle married Elizabeth Gosney on Nov. 4, 1803, in Clark Co. 9 months before Jacob was born. I'm going to see if I can find a will. Keep your fingers crossed. Paula.
