Mary/Martha (whom I assume was deceased from the wording,particularly her son getting her portion) and James Pulliam had one son,Joseph Richard Pulliam.

Names of Zachariah's children by Grace Pulliam are: Thomas M. H. Pulliam,Zachariah O. Pulliam, and Edward M. U. Pulliam, Geo. W. Pullian. Gracedoes not even mention George W. in her will. Item: Igive to my son in law, James Pulliam, who married my daughter, MarthaPulliam, on dollar to him and his heirs forever.
Item: I leave in addition to what I have left my son Elijah Pulliam ,five dollars to him and his heirs forever. Item: I leave in addition towhat I have left my son, Alanson M. Pulliam five dollars to him and hisheirs forever. Item: I leave in addition to what I have left my son,Milton Pulliam ten dollars to him and his heirs forever. Item: I leaveto my daughter Catharine Pulliam in addition to what I have previousgiven her ten dollars to him and her heirs forever. Item: I give to mygrandson, J. Item: I give to my sons, Alanson M. Pulliam, Milton Pulliam, my daughterCatharine Pulliam and my grandson, Joseph Pulliam to them jointly onnegro woman Jenny and her future increase to them and their their heirsforever.
Item: I have a claim on Richard Bouleware, deceased estate, which is yetsettled. Should anything be recovered from said estate, I leave it to beequally divided between my first wives children and my grandson, JosephRichard Pulliam.
Item: I give unto my wife a negro woman named Fanny and a negro boynamed William during her natural life and at her death said boy and womanwith her increase to be equally divided between my four sons by my lastwife to them and their heirs forever. I also leave to my wife during hernatural life forty seven acres of land that I purchased of Lewis R.Majors and eight acres I purchased of Levi Redmon and at my wife's deaththe said tracts of land to be equally divided between my four sons by mylas wife. I leave my sons Zachariah O. Pulliam, one rifle gun with theequipment there unto belonging. All the residue of my estate, nottherefore bequeathed, I direct to be sold under the directions of myexecutors and in twelve months after the date of said sale I direct mysaid executors to pay the said sums heretofore mentioned in the foregoingpart of my estate and lastly I appoint my beloved wife, Grace Pulliam myexecutrix and my two friends, Edmund Vaughan and Walker Vaughan myexecutors to this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I havehereto set my hand and seal this second day of February 1834.
