Conclusion Note to date: Were there 2 Amos Halls in Shelby Co.? Are theCemetery records above for another Amos Hall and wife Polly as well astheir child, Mary Ann who was born in 1822 and died in 1842 for anotherHall family or a previous marriage of Amos'?
Family has Mary Harbourt and Amos's marriage as 1837. Census records onan A. Hall and Mary Hall in 1850 & 1860 give different birthdates forthem than those in cemetery records and exceeds the cemetery deaths. However, these two have Amos's children with them in 1850-1860. Sept2005/PSH.1
Name Variation Mary Harbourt was also known as Polly.1
