Be it remembered that on the tenth day of January, in the year of ourLord one thousand eight hundred and forty six, in vacation of the ProbateCourt of Montgomery County, State of Indiana the last Will and testamentof Frederick Wymore deceased, was produced, before the clerk of saidcourt, and admitted to probate, which Will and the proofs thereof, are inthese words and figures, to-wit:
'I, Frederick Wymore of the County of Parke and State of Indiana dohereby acknowledge that this is to be my last Will and testament. Firstmy son James Wymore one dollar of my estate and no more. Second my sonJohn Wymore one hundred dollars loaned money if not received in my lifetime also one dollar also my stock of cattle. Third, my son Samuel myhorse saddle and bridle also my stock of sheep and household and kitchingfurniture excepting one bed, also one dollar. Fourth, my son GeorgeWymore one dollar and no more. Fifth my son William Wymore's heirs onedollar, also James and Thomas a one half quarter of land which I hold inthe State of Indiana to be equally divided between them both. Sixth mydaughter Nancy one dollar and no more Seventh my daughter Susan onedollar and no more, given under my hand this 29th day of July 1829.'

I, James W Lynn, of the probate court for the county in and aforesaid, dohereby certify that on the 10th day of January AD 1846, in vacation ofsaid court, Thomas Lockman, one of the subscribing witnesses to the aboveLast Will & Testament of Frederick Wymore, deceased, came personallybefore me in the Clerk's Office of said court and produced said Will forprobate, and the said Lockman, being duly sworn, testified as follows,1st 'That said will was executed by Frederick Wymore. the testatortherein named, on the day of the date thereof in Montgomery Co State ofIndiana and said testor at the time execution said Will, was a residentof Parke County in said state, that he had been acquainted with thetestator some year or 2, immediately preceding the date of said will.2nd, 'That said will is in the handwriting of Alexander Harding, theother subscribing witness thereto, that the testator's name was signed tosaid will X said will by said Harding, and that he ( said Affiant) sawsaid testator fix his mark to his signature as the same appears, thatsaid testator did after so signing said will, declared the same to be hislast will & testament, that at the time of doing so, said testator was offull age to devise his property, viz, of the age of 50 or more and was ofsound mind & memory and not under coercion or restraint. 3rd 'That saidAlexander Harding, the said Affiant, signed said will as witnessed in thepresence of said testator, and by his request, and also in the presenceof each other, and that said will has not been altered since the same wasalso executed, and that said Harding deserted this life, several yearsago, as he ( said Affiant) verily believes, and since the execution ofsaid will.' (signed) Thomas Lockman.
And I as clerk aforesaid, do further certify that on the 13th day ofJanuary AD 1846 in location of said court as aforesaid. William Wymore,of lawful age, came personally before me at the Clerk's office of saidcourt, and being by me as such clerk duly sworn, testified as follows:1st 'That he was acquainted with Frederick Wymore, the testator named onthe will to which this is attached, and in his lifetime and up to thetime of his death, that said testator died in Montgomery County State ofIndiana, sometime about the year of 1833 as he verily believes. 2nd 'That he was also acquainted with Alexander Harding, one of thesubscribing witnesses to said will, up to the time of his death, and thatsaid Harding died in Parke Co State of Indiana, sometime about the year1833 or 1834, That he (said Affiant) went to school to said Harding, someyear or 2 previous his death, and he was well acquainted with his handwriting, that he saw him write frequently in his lifetime, that hissignature on the foregoing will purporting to be said Harding's, isgenuine, and that said will is in his handwriting, he also verilybelieves. 3rd ' That said Affiant is a Grandson of said testator, and inno way interested in the provisions of the said will, or in the estate ofsaid testator.
