Tracy, Lawrenceburg; adaughter, Mrs. Estill (Julie) Wiley Jr., Frankfort; his father, EugeneTracy, Louisville; two brothers, the Rev. Julia Anne Wiley, 65, of Frankfort, Kentucky, died following an illness Friday at the home of her daughter in Louisville. Born in Lawrenceburg on August 12, 1937, she was a retired office manager of the registrar'soffice at Kentucky State University. She was a member of the Church ofthe Ascension, the Kentucky Historical Society and was on the organizingcommittee of the Kentucky Book Fair. She was also a member of the BreastCancer Coalition. Survivors include one daughter, Kathy Dickerson ofLouisville; one brother, Ralph J. Tracy of Lawrenceburg; and three grandchildren. She was the daughter of the late Jouitt and Gladys BrownTracy. Services will be Monday, October 21, at Rogers Funeral Home,Frankfort. Private family interment services will be held at a later time.
